CAPILANO DISTRICT LIBRARY,
NORTH VANCOUVER
The challenge was to implement a complete seismic upgrade, replan and organize all departments while still providing service to the public.  New infrastructure, mechanical systems, telecommunications, RFID and updated interiors made it possible to design towards a LEED Gold standard for existing buildings.
