DAVID WETHEROW COOP, VANCOUVER
This 40 unit building envelope project is composed of two buildings of townhouse and apartment dwellings. Originally an award-winning building, it had suffered extensive water ingress and decay. All windows and roofs were replaced and the entire building reclad, complete with new windows and doors. Exterior walkways and balconies were provides with new surfaces and new glass rails and glass canopies. Many architectural details were modified to allow for building envelope best practices and to enhance the original design.
