ES RICHARDS SCHOOL, MISSION
This elementary school building envelope repair involved re-cladding two recent additions and repairing extensive underlying decay. A rain screen stucco wall assembly was developed with a cornice overhang including new metal roofed awnings protecting windows and doors.
