FRIENDSHIP LODGE, PRINCE GEORGE

A 30 unit residential project providing housing and supports to individuals with addiction abuse problems. Designed as a LEED Gold building incorporating geothermal heating/cooling, energy efficient light and control systems, water saving fixtures and sustainable features.  A courtyard designed building that provides a safe and secure home for residents.  Amenities include a resident lounge and multipurpose place for community resource meetings.  Owner: Prince George Native Friendship Centre.
