HYLAND HOUSE, SURREY
Two buildings separated by a common parking area adjoining a fish bearing stream.  A 33 bedroom Short Stay homeless shelter with an additional 15 beds during inclement weather, and a 20 unit Supported (2nd stage) housing at the rear of the site.
Opened in 2003.
