LESYA UKRAINKA, VANCOUVER
This 26 unit Vancouver based housing Co-op required complete cladding replacement and extensive decay repair. Exterior parapet walls on balconies were replaced with aluminum and glass rails. All balconies were provided with new waterproof membranes.
