Renovations to all areas of the existing building; assessing requirements of all departments, space planning, restructuring and relocation of all department staff, interior design, upgrade to building systems and layout of new modular furniture. We were prime consultants responsible for program development, detailed design, working drawings, supervision of construction. Boni•Maddison Architects and the electrical consultant for the project received an Award for the innovative lighting design for the council chambers. We continue to assist the City with ongoing renovations and operational changes.
